DLINK DFE-528TX issue

I got the problem with DFE-528 NIC. I can see the NIC on GUI mode, but after i assign the static IP address, It can not ping by itself.

Anyone had same issue, please advice.

I will try to install the NIC to other PC to check if the problem still exit.
