getting this error when trying to install packages

Hey Guys
I am having problems installing packages and I get this error:

An error has occurred:
com.untangle.uvm.toolbox.MackageInstallException:
com.untangle.uvm.toolbox.MackageException: ut-apt install untangle-libitem-phish exited with: 1

run this in a terminal 'tail -f /var/log/uvm/apt.log' then start the download and post what it says...

whats the port number in order to do this from putty? or how to do this?

to enable ssh

login to untangle from the console and click the console button.

login to the console. type:
mv /etc/ssh/sshd_not_to_be_run /etc/ssh/sshd_not_to_be_run.bak

then
/etc/init.d/ssh restart (I think)

they from putty: internal IP port 22

If you don't have SSH access I'd just skip that part and run the connectivity test.

90% of the time this error is because the box can't reach the app store because of invalid DNS settings or some HTTP proxy/upstream firewall is blocking it.
