Upgrading to the Paid Version

I'm new to Untangle but my job now has me as full time admin for our untangle boxes. We have about 70 boxes that I will need to maintain. Right now some are still on the free version while others are on the paid version. I think they need to be all upgraded to the newest version too. Is there anyway to easily do this or will each box require a manual update?

I'm still quite new to Untangle and I'm trying to research as much as I can.

The boxes by default are configured to update themselves. If you wish to add paid modules, you simply purchase the appropriate software and attach it to the appropriate box. This is done by logging into your store account from within the Untangle UI.

If the boxes aren't current a reinstall may be needed to make them current. It depends on what version they are currently operating. I think you can go from 8.1.1 to current safely, though a UT dev would be better qualified to detail that.
