A reboot won't fix anything.
Walking you through the commands on how to check and repair an unknown database issue on the forums is not going to work. If you want us to look at it, send an email. I'll be glad to take a look.

i will give some info to support as well then as well, think it is the same issue i am having.
I have in my parent rack the Firewall Module
I do not have in my child racks the firewall except 2, thinking this could be causing an issue...
