Hello
Yesterday i bought the Standard Package for one of my servers. This is a server that is running since Jan/2011, btw. But we were using mostly the free modules with the exception of Directory Connector and Policy Manager (which we bought but had expired a while ago anyway). After completing the order, the server started doing some upgrades (i guess because we have auto-upgrades disabled) and then after a while it was ok. But no signs of the Standard Package . And i dont know how to install it on the server. It appears on my account / my subscriptions: ![]() I dont know why the button says "reinstall" when it should say "install". But maybe its like that by default. In any case, i tried clicking it, a progress bar started on Standard Package (appeared to be installing and i was happy!) but after a few hours, it came up with some javascript/whatever messages (didnt copy them) and then the server was down. I was doing this overnight and remotely btw. I guess someone at the office rebooted the server this morning because when i checked later, the server was online again. The machine is updated afaik. Here's System Info: Quote:

Call support. They can get you sorted.
Although to me it looks like you have all the apps installed and working already from the screenshot.

Definitely call support. They can troubleshoot this and get you running.
