Newbie question Problem after installation

Good Morning,

I'm newbie here my question is i already use the untangle before. but when i download a new ISO and install it in new pc there is no problem and the installation is completed but when i click the lunch client bottom its doesn't response can you help me to resolve it???

Can you access Untangles Internal IP? (http://utinternalip/)
