WEB ui access problem...Urgent!

I have a problem when entering the site of administration, I do it from IE I get no answer. connect a monitor to the pc and I see the following error: iceweasel is alredy running, But is not respondig. to open a new window, you first must-Existing iceweasel close the process, or restart your system "I have already restarted the pc but still the same, I can not enter. what I have to do?

I've had a few customers get into this position. From what we've seen so far, it's related to the reports module generating too many writes and taking out the SSD in the unit. (This is a guess, it is NOT confirmed, just observed behavior at this point) If you aren't using an SSD, something has eaten your configuration database. The unit will generally boot, but the UVM is non-functional. You'll move packets, but they won't be filtered.

Only known resolution? Format C: You have to reinstall Untangle.
