UT as a Re-Router

Does anyone know if UT will work on Windows XP 64BIT Version?

And would the re-router work with 33 pc systems and 16 mac systems?

Untangle itself is 32-bit, and I'm not sure if there is a definitive answer on the host OS, particularly if there is a 32-bit virtual OS inside it. As far as re-router with a network that size, I think that a dedicated server might be a better fit.
