Rule ID not is Event Log

My Rule ID column is not in the Event Log. Any idea how to get it back?

I don't know when or what caused it to disappear, could it have been the upgrade to 9.1?

It really sucks to try to find a rule with out the ID

I had to export the rules then open them up in a notpad then search for key words in the description to find the ID

Yeah, I guess its missing.
I added it so it will be in a future build.

At least it isn't a thing you need on a daily basics.

Good that it's in the queue to show up. I've just been googling "Snort text-of-rule-description" and that nearly always tells me what I want to know.
