I installed a Digium Switchvox with SIP Trunks. About every other call would give me an error 85 saying "There were no circuits available". I worked on the issue for 2 days with Digium and the ITSP and they came to the conclusion it was a firewall issue. I replaced the router and the problem went away. I connected the UT Router and the problem was back. I finally read this thread and found the "SIP Helper" under Conf -Network-Advanced and turnede it off. Rebooted, Problem Solved. Hope this saves someone some time.

Yeah, SwitchVOX + UT's default SIP Helper = BAD!
Kill the NAT helper, forward the ports indicated in the switchvox gui and the thing just runs.
