Network Monitoring tool

Hi guys,am new to this forum and I thought i should say thank you very much to the community here at large and to the moderators.I just have one situation that i would like to be assisted on.My environment is running Windows though, and i need a powerful network monitoring tool that will help me monitor traffic that goes into my network and where is it being transmited to.Specifically abnormalities (congestion, busy ports, busy machines, heavy talkers etc).
I would very much appreciate if suggestion in relation to any tool can be given.I have already tried Solar Winds Network Traffic Analyzer and Orion Perfomance Monitor.Any easy to configure tool that can be used.
