Cannot change speed settings in QOS module

A while back, I was having issues with my DSL upload speed and set the upload speed in QOS to 200.

I get a consistent 300 now, but cannot change the QOS speed. I click on the box, edit the 200 and make it 300 and click out. I press save, and it comes back to 200.

I've disabled QOS, re-enabled, rebooted, etc. . . . . .

Any ideas?

I've also tried IE and Firefox and also directly on the untangle box using the built in browser.

Thank you. Sometimes I'm not sure about the search engine on this forum. Should have tried searching from Google. Forgot about that for some reason.
