Problem with network configuration

Hello guys/gurus,

I am relatively new with Untangle. Kindly help me with my problem. I setup my UT with the following setting:

External: Uses my public IP (static)
Internal: Uses my private IP (static)

I was able to ping other public ip in my network but i was not able to Ping my
Gateway.

Am I missing something? Please help me with this.

from where UT or pc behind u try to ping gateway?

From UT to gateway.

but from PC to gateway, ping has reply

ping have bypas rule ...
UT is after clean install ?

yes it is from a clean install and my first install.

also, i can ping other public ips in my network except the gateway.

Hi,
Can you post a tracert from the UT to the Gateway?
And a tracert from a client to The Untangle Box.
