Question Free failover (multiple wan) with a little manual work

Hi,

I tried UT with 2 ISP connections, I read in the forums failover to other connection without the paid module is doable with added a static route. I setup this but the traffic seems not going through.

What is the difference between using NAT for sending traffic to a network card and adding a static route.

Thanks for your help.

sure, its possible - just go in and reconfigure your network each time your WAN connection goes down to use the other one.

I wouldn't really call that "failover" - its more or less the same as switching the cables.
