Hi,
to help you we need abit more info.

Is untangle in Route or Bridge mode.
Dose untangle do the DNS and DHCP or is that done by other device?

The Clients that cant access internet can they ping the internal interface of the untangle?
Can they do nslookup?

Hi,
Are the Untangle installd in bridge mode between the Router and the main Switch?

For untangle to work traffic needs to pass thru the untangle.

Here are a right and wrong way to setup the bridge.

How is the untangle configured?
Is it Re-route, Bridge or Router mode?

The bridge installd untangle have 2 nics (networkcards)

1 is the WAN interface. (often connected to the router)
and
1 is the internal interface. (often connected to the main switch)
The only way for packets reach the router should be true untangle. Meaning no other cable form the router to the main switch.

If you want untagle to limit or protect your network then traffic have to move thru the device as in image 1568.

Are you with me?

So this configured
edit External static (wan) eth0 : connected 100Mb/s full-duplex
edit Internal bridge eth1 : connected 100Mb/s full-duplex

therefore untangle has to be before the switch? Yes, i want to work as a filter.
Because in some pc i blocks some of the pages and not in others -- because i do not show the results in the log?

Good day Join Date; that otherwise you can install untangle that is not, connecting the router to untangle and ahi to switch. You can Attachment 1566, as is set in this way?
