Default Gizmo5 VOIP Desktop help

I've installed the Gizmo5 desktop client on my machine, and I can't get the audio working. I know it's a firewall issue, because when I bypass the firewall, the thing works fine.

I hear the call connect and hangup, but nothing more on either side.

I enabled QOS in the Config -> Networking section, and I tried adding the Gizmo ports to the VoIP (SIP) Traffic rule.

There is no voip box on the lan; it's software on the desktop only.

Any ideas on how to make this work?

Config -> networking -> advanced -> General

Disable the SIP helper, then reboot Untangle. Most VoIP gear is NAT aware these days... and that SIP NAT helper is breaking more things than it is helping.
