Default subnetting question

So i just want to make sure i am getting some things right. Right now we are running a untangle server in our small company. the internal lan is 192.168.40.x with a subnet of /24 (255.255.255.0). We want to add a webserver and a wifi ap to our network by utilizing another two interfaces on our UT box. Would it be safe to use 192.168.30.x and 192.168.20.x with /24 mask and firewallrules set to block all tcp&udp traffic from both of those interfaces going to our internal interface?

I want to make sure that our internal network cannot be accessed by the wifi connection and the webserver's connection.

That is correct, using the /24 and the firewall rules, they will not see each other.
