Unhappy Site to Site VPN troubles

I have two Untangle boxes setup and working, both with static public IP addresses. I would like to setup a VPN between the two but I'm having some difficulty. I have one Untangle box configured as the server just fine. But when I try to setup the second box as a Client, I get an error when I try to download the VPN configuration from the server. It says "Your VPN Client configuration could not be downloaded from the server. Please try again." I don't have physical access to either server so I can't use the USB key. But does anyone know why the server download would fail? Is there something else I have to do on the server side to make it allow the connection from the other server? I have tried turning off all the modules except Router but it still gives the same error.

I get the same error. I'm assuming the "Passphrase" I get in the e-mail is the same as the "Password" that the wizard is asking me for. And I've tried using the hostname and IP address on the client side wizard but it just won't download the settings.

Got it working... had the internal address for the remote site wrong. Once that was fixed, I re-distributed the client info via e-mail and it connected fine.
