Subnetting

Hi!

My ub works as router and now i tried to connect the ub with another subnet.
My net is 10.0.0.x and the other one is 192.168.100.x. First of all i put one more NIC into my ub and connected this NIC with the other subnet (static with 192.168.100.x).

now i tried a ping (ping 192.168.100.x). I'm still sitting in 10.0.0.x.
It didnt work!
One more point i dont get, the new NIC inside my ub is DMZ? What's that?

Ok, did you set the dmz nic to static?

Yes, i did.
I checked troubleshooting. My ub is able to ping 192.168.100.1 ...
But my client isnt able to ping...
