    Default Web Interface Timeout

    I can't access the web client on my server over https (http is disabled). I can still ping it and SSH to it. Also, it appears to be passing traffic through, but not blocking anything (I can get to facebook.com). We've rebooted it several times to no avail, still no web interface. Any suggestions?

    I ran an nmap scan against it and only ports 22, 53 are open. It also shows 5432 is closed. If any additional info is required, let me know.

    After reading other posts, it appears this was probably caused by an update to 9.1. Since I'm running the free version, my only option is to do a reinstall. Before I do that, is there a way that I can run a backup from the CLI?

    Facing the same problem. Untangle has worked for over a year with no issues. All of a sudden since last week I am unable to access the UI. It still seems to be doing the blocking etc, but I can't make any changes since the UI simply won't load. Please help!!

    @untangleuser

    Here's the fix that I found for my servers. On both boxes, the hard drive was full due to excessive logging after the update. I was able to connect via SSH, browse to /var/log/uvm/ and remove the events.log file. After rebooting, I was then able to get into the admin web interface. While in there, I went to Config > Administration > Monitoring tab and disabled syslog monitoring. Both of my servers have been up and running fine since then. I also immediately saved fresh backups
