FTP traffic not passing through Untangle?

Afternoon-
I went back to a site where I installed Untangle over a year ago, any everything is working fine.. EXCEPT...

I setup FileZilla Server on a machine today. It works fine internal. However, when I try from outside, I can't get through. I don't get a welcome message or anything, which suggests its getting stopped at the firewall..

The setup. ISP is internet over fibre, with a direct connection coming into Untangle, set with a static IP. I have set my port forward as noted in the screenshot below:



I even tried turning off FTP processing. I have disabled the virus blocker for testing as well.

Looking for suggestions.

I removed the source rule, i saw that on someone else's post, and i think its getting me through, at least now I'm getting a response from the server. I think now I need to troubleshoot something in FileZilla Server.

If you allow PASV, you will need to add a rule for the passive ports also.

Can you explain? In Filezilla, i set the custom ports for passive to 50000-51000.
In untangle, would these forward to 21 on the file server? How would I configure this rule?
