Default Syslog NG setup Help

How do I get Syslog NG to work?

I have it installed on Ubuntu via the package manager but have no idea where to go after this.

Can't see away to configure it.

How can I get this setup and how can I get Untangle to point to it?

I decided to use Splunk, well I wanted to use splunk but was unsure how to get it to work.

Eventually got it to work.
Now my event logs log in Splunk :-)
