I work for a small IT support company and have used untangle in the past at the company I worked for previously.
Previously I was just in house support, but now I work for a company that supports and implements other companies IT infrastructure.
I am trying to sell them on the excellentness of untangle and had a few questions about how we would license the software so that we could put in dedicated boxes to the companies to handle all the security for their network.
We would obviously like to sell the product to our clients. but in a managed service fashion and would need to rebrand the reports etc.
Would this make us a reseller or MSP?
What sort of year on year costs would we be looking at?
