1.) This is the forum for the Untangle system. (check it out at www.untangle.com) so we probably can't help you with your windows OpenVPN server issue.
2.) I'm pretty sure Routing and Remote Access and OpenVPN are totally unrelated.
3.) Even if the server having a virus isn't *the* problem. It's certainly more important that you clean that off before you start messing around with remote access.
4.) No offense, but you seem way out of your league with this. I would suggest some more reading, or downloading our awesome network gateway (www.untangle.com) and giving that a whirl. No complicated setups and easy to get running.

While I'm pretty sure, I can't guarantee that I know what I'm doing. There might be a better way to do this, and this way might actually suck. Make sure you understand the implications of what you're doing before trying to follow these directions.
It often helps troubleshooting if you have a good network map. Look here if you want my advice on how to draw one.
