OpenVPN Site2Site Setup

Firstly I have read the WIKI and most of the threads.

Please see attached pictures of my site to site layout.

Site B can ping Site A
Site B can access shared folders on PC's at Site A
So all traffic from Site B to Site A is working fine

PROBLEM:
Can't ping from Site A to Site B
Can't access share folders on PC's at Site B
BUT - I can ping any PC from the UT server at Site A to any pc at Site B

I don't have the firewall module installed and I have enabled under NETWORKING|PACKET FILTER - "Route VPN traffic that would go through the Bridge."

I have rebooted both UT Servers

Just to put into perspective

CANT Ping
Site A---->UT---->Router---->INTERNET<----Router<----UT<----Site B

CAN Ping
Site A---->UT---->Router---->INTERNET<----Router<----UT<----Site B

So I cant ping from the PC's at Site A to the PC's(or the UT) at Site B
But
I can ping from the UT at Site A to the PC's at Site B

PS: All traffic from Site B to Site A works perfectly. I have forwarded port 1194 to the UT servers.
