Hello all,
I need to know if one public IP address is enought to enable VPN connections for remote clients and sites? Even when at the current scenario the UT box will be installed on bridge mode, I also want to know if this requirement change if installed in router mode. Up to now I have installed OpenVPN using Dinamic DNS services, but now I want to use a public IP address and need to know how many I really need. Thank you in advanced for your feedback! |

Sure, I'm not sure why a second one would be needed. Unless you are already using port 1194 for something else.

Yes, you can host as many things one 1 IP as long as the Destination Ports are unique as morris mentioned.

What you can also do as well is use a different "external" port that redirect internally to a simialar port.
For example Lets say you have a website hosted on port 80 and you already have that port forwarded to an internal server. Now you just set up a 2nd website that you want to test and play around with. What you can do is internally on your server, leave that alone and running on port 80, but now you do a port forward rule where the external port is say 8080, which then redirects internally to port 80. ![]() so now you can have multiple "internal" services running with out changing the ports server side and simply use different external port numbers to the world.
