Can't access client until firewall enabled

Hi,

Can't access client (\\172.16.0.5\share) from PC2 until firewall enabled on PC1 (172.16.0.5). Which ports should be opened? Is it quite safe?

You need to change the scope attached to windows file and print sharing to "trust" the openVPN address range. By default Windows only trusts the LAN IP range attached to the machine in question. It isn't a matter of opening ports, it's a matter of configuring the Windows Firewall to know what address ranges are "internal".
