Remote VNC Issue

i have been exploring the Functions of Untangle and initially had issues with PC remote as a whole, until I down graded my Java Runtime to 1.5 and then got the RDP side of PC Remote working. but the VNC side is still giving me problems.

I have installed Tight VNC Server on a few machines and also Real VNC on others, when I select the device and the VNC function to remote, the Java applet launches and I get the VNC Password Screen popup, I enter the password specified and then "Nothing"

has some one had this before? What can i look at trying to resolve this?

this happens when i try to remote from the wan side of the network however when i do it from the LAN side it seams to work ok form me.

I am sorry to hear this is going away it is one of the things that helped me justify the move to Untangle.
