Take over Desktop?

I haven't yet installed the trial of PC Remote as I have a question that will tell me whether or not I should !

The question:

Will PC Remote let me take over a users desktop or "just" log on to the PC remotely as I already do with RDP over VPN?

if you already have VPN just try:

mstsc /v:address_of_desktop /console

To see if that lets you take over a users desktop.

PC Remote uses the standard RDP and VNC protocols, so if you can't do it with RDP then you probably won't be able to do what you want with PC Remote.

Please help!!!!
i want to take remote of the machine on which untangle is installed & i dont have a global ip assigned to my untangle machine in LAN.how can i take its remote over the internet to a distant place

Reply asap!!!!!!!!!
