anyone using PC Remote?

Is this forum section quiet because PC Remote works so well or because no one uses it? I'm honestly curious. Perhaps admins are using other remote support options?

I have a sslvpn web portal server running behind my UT, so I don't have a need for UT PC remote function

We do use RDC over a SSL tunnel.
