Internal Server error

Hey Everyone,

I just for the first time yesterday tried to launch pc remote and I keep getting internal server error. This started with the 6.2 upgrade. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Please help!!!!
i want to take remote of the machine on which untangle is installed & i dont have a global ip assigned to my untangle machine in LAN.how can i take its remote over the internet to a distant place
