Hello,
Is there any integrated Wake On Lan capability in PC Remote? For example, I need to connect to a machine but its currently off, can I fire a magic packet to the desired machine to have it wake up? Thanks, Tim |

It'd even make a nice add on in the normal UI. Wouldn't necessarily need to be part of an app or anything. pfSense has it set up so that you can click a button next to an IP on the DHCP client list to add a reservation for that IP and then I believe it was on the reservation list that you could click a button next to the reservation to add that mac to the WOL page. Both really convenient features that saved me from typing a bunch of MAC addresses.
Someone could probably even hack together a WOL control page fairly easily. Where's Silver Bullet when you need him?! ![]() |
