Hello,
I've been successfully using Policy Management and Directory Connector for some time. Users are added to groups, and mapped to policies. Since upgrading to 9.0, I'm finding all users are being sent to the default policy. Dir. conn shows users being seen properly (w/ correct IP). Default policy is at the bottom of 9 other policies. Any guesses what might be wrong? Thanks, Tim |

Give support a call.
My guesses: 1) Do you have usernames/groups with spaces in the name? 2) Do you have interfaces configured to "static" with no configuration? Not sure if those would cause your issue but fixes for both those issues here: http://wiki.untangle.com/index.php/Patches#9.0

We had the same issue on two customer boxes. I always want to make sure it's nothing on our end BEFORE giving support a call, so after spending hours pulling my hair out, I gave support a call who told me about the patch. This was a major issue for two of our customers. Is it too much to expect for UT to send out an email to their resellers when the issue was discovered?
