We've just renewed the subscription for our policy manager.
We received the e-mail confirming the renewal at 6pm last night. I got in to work this morning to find all users in the Default Rack (ie. they have no entry in the policy manager) are unable to access the web. If I turn off the web filter in the default rack they are able to gain access, however this is not an option.
To get around the problem for now I have created a policy that puts ALL users in another rack, however this has over-riden all other policies.
Does anyone have any idea why this has happened?
