Users in default rack can't get web access after renewing Policy Manager Subscription

Hi,

We've just renewed the subscription for our policy manager.

We received the e-mail confirming the renewal at 6pm last night. I got in to work this morning to find all users in the Default Rack (ie. they have no entry in the policy manager) are unable to access the web. If I turn off the web filter in the default rack they are able to gain access, however this is not an option.

To get around the problem for now I have created a policy that puts ALL users in another rack, however this has over-riden all other policies.

Does anyone have any idea why this has happened?

OK, so the rule I added doesn't over-ride the other rules once I move it to the bottom of the list in the policy manager (duh). But still my Default Rack doesn't allow users to access the web.

OK, So i've since discovered all of our reports contain no data for the last week, though the problem only started this morning.
