VNC - Unable to launch the applications

I don't know how much good it will do, but I voted for this issue in bugzilla:

Even if it's being replaced, RAP is a product we are paying for, and we really need it to work with minimal fuss, for the sake of our very non-technical remote user base... Downgrading Java/registry hacking all of our (almost 40) remote workstations is just not an option.
