Map to a samba share

I'm running UT 6.20 and trying to use RAP to have bookmarks which point to some samba shares (samba file server, samba pdc). I'm able to browse the files just fine, but I can't upload files. When I click upload, then select a file, it then hangs at "uploading..."

I see this in my samba logs:

Is there no way to specify authentication credentials for a share? I'd really rather not have 'guest' to be a valid user, yet alone with write permissions...

theres a little icon you can click on the supply a username/password

i think it has an exclamation point or something

Nope... I don't see anything like that. I just have Name, Type and Target. If I delete what is in Target, I see the red exclamation point. If I click that, a mouse over says "The target can not be left blank".
