Upload hangs and cannot delete in UT 7.0

After testing RAP in UT 7.0, I am running into the following bugs -

1. IE 8 does not format properly (another thread).

2. Cannot upload files from Firefox (hangs). On clicking Cancel and Refresh, the file is there however.

3. Cannot delete files. Generates an error.

I believe #2 and #3 have been issues in the past in UT 6.x but was fixed at some point? Perhaps not.
