We looked into this, but it would take extensive reworking to make it suitable for our market. The thing is just too complicated. As far as I can tell its not being actively developed anyway. Half the links are broken since the rename.

Which is why we killed RAP to begin with... the product that it was based on simply ceased being maintained. Do we encourage Untangle to expend resources to replace an unmaintained system with another unmaintained system?

To CTSI and GhostyDog, While I appreciate the feelings you have since you paid for and used something that worked. I never used that module because it was far too unstable. Untangle doesn't' make any of this stuff they simple integrate it into their final product. If the original product goes away... Untangle has no choice but to drop it.

Fortunately, if all you need the thing to do is provide a secure web site that can browse a directory structure, I'm happy to say an Apache 2 web server, or even an IIS 7/7.5 web server will fill that need very easily. And you can be sure those two products aren't going away any time soon.

i wasnt implying that untangle should consider adito, i was saying that it is possible to integrate and use with untangle. I know its a largely not being developed anymore. Mostly due to the fact that openvpn took up the project just to kill it because it competes with its open vpn access server paid product.
