Default Phantom Modules in reports
I noticed something today when looking at our top web users in the reports module. Namely I am in it even though my computer is in a rack with very little filtering and doesn't even have ether of the web filters installed. Yet I can go to the reports module and view every website I have visited.

Is this working as intended? I figured that the module wouldn't have any effect on traffic if it wasn't installed in the rack yet it seems like it does.
