    Default Not getting report emails

Let me preface it by saying I don't think it is an Untangle Issue, but it is odd the test email comes through fine but I never get the reports. I get this error on Exchange for the nightly reports email, Failure Undeliverable - 554 5.4.4 SMTPSEND.DNS.NonExistentDomain; nonexistent domain

The Untangle router is at a remote office and is setup in a Site VPN. Users email come back fine to the Exchange server through the VPN.

In Exchange I have added the public IP, the VPN IP, and the internal address of the remote Untangle box in the receive connectors. I also created an A/D user so there was a real email address and I entered the credentials in the Outgoing Server section on Untangle.

So why would test messages make it but not the reports?

    Not sure.

You could probably check /var/log/exim4/mainlog and see if there is a more detailed message (and a message at all indicating it tried to send)

There may also be some lines in /var/log/uvm/reporter.log

Or you can just email support at support@untangle.com with your UID and we can take a look if you enable remote access in config->system. (If you're just a free user thats fine, we'll still try to look)

sounds like as the message says, domain doesn't exist, spell check to make sure your email address in the reports module is entered correctly?
