Reports Stopped Working

I'm not quite sure what happened but about 2 weeks ago I stopped getting report emails from my Untangle Box.

After some further investigation I noticed that the reports were not generating. I restarted the box to no avail.

I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the reports module.

Any Ideas to what's going on?

If not you need to provide more info.

Hardware/modules/Lang etc

Did it brake after the update to 9.1.1?

I'm running Untangle 9.1.1 With Autoupdates

Adblock, Spyware Blocker, Web Filter Lite, Firewall and Reports.

This in on an IBM Pentium 4 2.66 with 2gb RAM and 80g Hard Drive and Intel NICs

If you have access to the console, take a look at /var/log/uvm/reporter.log for errors.

Try manually generating the report by click on the "Generate Today's Reports" button.

Manually Generating the report gave me the same results. I won't be able to access the console to later this evening...

Any resolution on this? I also have a client that stopped recieving reports and when you look into the reports module the "generated" reports show no data.

Summary:
UID:xxxxxx
Build: 9.1.1~svn20111222r30591release9.1-1lenny

Java: 1.6.0_20

Box: I am unsure of the hardware since I am offsite and this was installed by a prior company. They will not be that great I am sure.

Day it stopped was: December 27th, 2011 was the last report containing information.

The reports show up as generated and available, but they just do not show any data.

Add in either virus blocker, spam blocker or any other module that processes emails (I did phish blocker). Any of the lite versions is all you need. 1 module, otherwise for some reason reports do not seem to work. There is another thread (dont have it handy) that dmorris advised this in, I was having the same problem, and after adding phish blocker I could immediately run reports and get data, and my emails of the reports came the next day.

Adding in the Phish worked like a charm. They were only using spy, Web, and reports before. It generated todays reports perfectly. The older reports since it broke are s.o.l. right?

I was not able to recover the lost reports, but possibly they are there and someone at UT can answer this better...
