Default Monthly Report Generation

My unit is set to never do this, one of my customers is set to do it once a month.

I assume these do not work unless you keep 30 days of data, both units are configured to keep 7 days. I tried to disable the generation on the unit that had it enabled, set it to never to it, hit apply, and watched the radio option go right back to where it started.

So for giggles I tried to turn it on on my unit here, and it did the same thing moved right back into disabled.

Both units are 9.1.1 32bit.

Bug?

its a "feature."

happens to me too, must be a bug, I will look into it.

soapbox: I'd suggest leaving data retention at 7.

They were at 7, but the reports themselves were holding for 30 days. There are cases where I'd like to have an actual monthly report, but yes it NUKES the box at 2am.

You other post is what prompted me to go check the configuration of those modules. I don't go in there ever... they've been configured and working for years now no reason to.

But I did have monthly reports at one point so try to turn them off and it doesn't let me!

"Ok" button set the change but "apply" does not change as sky-night describes.

I have some fear about what will happen on 02/01/2012 at 2 am, as all my installations have (and need) the monthly report.
This report is an integral part of our business model is to lease the equipment, software, service management and control, and reporting. Because along with the same monthly bill is delivered
