I know by default Untangle flags certain violations but is there a way to customize what is considered a violation? Say for instance the "Child inappropriate" the definition given by Untangle is the following: "Includes tasteless content and material such as web pages that show cruelty, bathroom humor, tasteless material or other material potentially inappropriate for children." We had a user flagged for an image of Toilet paper. Is there a way to customize that so it doesn't flag things like that? I agree that most should be flagged but since Untangle is flagging almost anything that relates to that definition it sometimes flags and shows on the report.

You can lookup the URL in question and if it is miscategorized, you can submit for recategorization.

I think untangled flagged something as child inappropriate that is not. So I just trying to figure out why they classify as appropriate. It was a video of a little girl at a zoo staring down a lion through glass. Again I can see why it was flagged but its really not harmful.
Again our report grabs things and it's brought to the table "why is this being flagged". I'll submit thanks for your help. |

You can add the specific URL in the pass list of Web Filter.
