Default Spam blocker blocked mail custom message

Hi guys,

What error message do senders receive when email is block by spam blocker?
I would like to enable tarpitting to do DNSBL with Zen. I want to know if there is a way to customize the error message.

Update:
I sent a test spam from Gmail to my work email and spam blocker caught it; however, I did not get any error message from it. It seems that this is not possible. This is very risky because legitimate users might get block without any notice.
I think I will let the Exchange server handle the DNSBL as I am able to create a custom message there.

Default

Sending a NDR or a SPAM notification message to senders is NOT a good idea for several reasons:

1. That's a method used by spammers to find valid addresses.
2. Let's say a spamer fakes the MAILFROM field in the SMTP message and send millions of spam messages with your email address in the from field?
3. a lot more reasons.
