What's with the Quarantineable addresses list?

I have removed the * for all addresses to have an automatic quarantine and added in all of our accounts to the list by hand. I am still receiving messages with the [SPAM] header in these accounts. Shouldn't it be quarantining them now instead of tagging and delivering?

are you sure their address has been added to the quarantinable addresses?

I'm positive. I think that the ones that are not being quarantined are actually distribution lists. They are just getting tagged as spam and delivered to the members of the distribution list.
