    Default Messages from safelist but safelist is empty

    My safelist (Configuration->Email) is empty but some messages are designated in Spam Blocker as "safelist messages". Spam score is 0.0 everywhere I switched on Spam Blocker for SMTP; all checkboxes in Advanced SMTP Configuration are unchecked. UT is working as firewall (with NAT).
    What's wrong?

    how big is the message?
    is that address in that individual user's safelist?

    I would go back to the defaults is spam blocker, they are the defaults for a reason.
    Easiest way to do this is to uninstall the spam blocker app and reinstall it.

    Hi,
    Is it really incomming emails and not out going?

    Untangle marks Outgoing emails as From safelist if i remember correctly.

    Thanks for replies. I think i decided this problem by marking checkboxes "Add email headers", "Close connection on scan failure", and "Scan outbound (WAN) SMTP". Outgoing messages are checking for spam now and their spam rating is different 0.0
