accessing quarantine remotely

Hello, I have a few users who get their email forwarded to another email account at home. They'd like to be able to view their quarantine from home. So far I haven't been able to make this work for them. Is this possible?

Easiest method is to change the hostname on your UT server to something that is resolvable from the external world then under "Config > admin > public address > use hostname > save. Or under that same spot you can tell the server to use a specified manual IP/hostname in the reports and quarantine digests.

also make sure you have quarantine enabled externall in config->administration

Also, if your UT box is behind a firewall (running in bridged mode) then make sure you forward https traffic to the box so you can access it.
