Only half of users have quarantine.

we have installed untangle and all is working fine,however Quarantine's have only been created for half of the AD users. The Quarantines work but how do i get the other email account in there.

They need to have received mail that needs to be quarantined (ie spam) before a quarantine gets created.

Thanks for your reply. This untangle has been set up on this site for about 6 months but only just been brought to my attention.
so is it possable thatv these users havent recived any spam in that time and that is why they have no quarantine.

On my mail server only about 1/3rd of the mailboxes have a quarantine. ALL of the addresses receive spam, but only that 1/3rd of them got spam that wasn't quite spammy enough for Untangle to actually quarantine it.

I've got an Exchange server down the street that's been behind an Untangle for three years now, similar situation there. So yes, this is entirely normal in my experience.
