    Default people emailing us getting undeliverable

    i have this happen twice and the only way i know about it is because i am on the phone with them.

    a person sends an email and they receive a undeliverable. i watch the event logs and nothing ever shows up. if i send that person a test email, then he can send me emails.

    is there a setting i can change to let emails come through and then get filtered?

    You need to view the Non Delivery Report received by your contact.

    check your port forwards and mx records.
    if you send them a test email from where? to where? the mail server is behind the Untangle?
