Exclamation Quaranties List quaranting non work emails

How do I setup the Email spam setting so I only receive company email addresses in the Quaranty list so I don't have fake email address.

I been Blacklisted and fixed it but is starting again. I have no viruses on the network so I don't know why I am being Blacklisted.

If the mailserver behind ut only accepts emails for your domain and the users it has you should not see other emails in the quarantine.

Check you Relay settings on the mailserver

Ok. What should the relay be set to on the mail server? The IP of UT?

Well that depends do you want the Untangle server to relay emails through your mailserver?

I normally don't allow it with just ip. (i have auth active)

What type of email server are you running?

I am running Exchange 2010. I basically am looking to not be Blacklisted anymore since I think the emails that aren't associated with our company are sending emails out and I don't think the SPAM filter is working 100% like it should be. This all started withthe Blacklisted last week and before that everything was working fine.

I wouldn't like to get unwanted emails in the quaranty list. Please provide me with steps to setup the relay in Exchange 2010 so that emails get filtered before they get sent through Exchange.

    Thanks

Untangle is not a store-and-forward device.

You just need to configure your email server correctly and do the following two things.
    1) Only accept mail for users you have
    2) Only relay mail for users with proper priveleges

Untangle will then just scan whatever mail passes through.

It sounds like you are running an open relay. This will get you blacklisted quickly, and untangle certainly won't help with this.
